SPAO Portfolio Program 2012/2013 Application and Tuition Fees SPAO Portfolio Program Application Fee For all levels of study, there is a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 to be remitted with the completed SPAO Portfolio Program Application Form (Form B). Level 1 Tuition Fees and Materials Fees 2012/2013 Academic Year Level 1 Tuition Fees $7,195.00 Level 1 Materials, Equipment and Lab Fees $795.00 Students paying their tuition in full by June 4th, 2012 will receive a 5% "Early Payment" discount on their Tuition Fees (Materials, Equipment and Lab Fees are not discounted). Total tuition for the SPAO Portfolio Program 2012/2013 (including (Materials, Equipment and Lab Fees in Level 1) is due by the Tuition Due Date: July 9th, 2012. The Tuition Deposit required to reserve your place in the SPAO Portfolio Program is $500.00. It must be remitted with your completed Offer of Admission Response Form (Form C). The remaining balance of the tuition is then due in full on July 9th, 2012. Back to Portfolio Program |
Refund Policy for Deposits and Tuition Early withdrawal in writing from the SPAO Portfolio Program, if received on or before July 9th, 2012, will result in a refund of deposit and/or tuition paid less a $250.00 non-refundable administration fee. Late withdrawal in writing from the SPAO Portfolio Program, if received from July 9th, 2012 to August 6th, 2012 will result in a partial refund equal to the total tuition paid, less a $500.00 non-refundable administration fee and a late withdrawal penalty equal to 20% of the annual tuition fee. Withdrawal from the SPAO Portfolio Program after August 6th, 2012 will result in no refund of any fees paid. Methods of Payment Methods of payment available are cash, cheque, credit card and direct debit. Cheques can be made payable to: School of the Photographic Arts: Ottawa or SPAO.
